The team were busy SAXSing last week, paying a visit to both Diamond in the UK and MAX iV in Sweden.
Fin, Helen, Tejaswini and Hunter went to Diamond in order to investigate the self-assembly pathways of micellar aggregates during heating and cooling.
At MAX iV, Fin and Helen met up with alumni Simona (beamline scientist at MAX iV) to work on Fin’s RIANA project. The RIANA project involved investigating gelation kinetics of heat/cooled supramolecular gels using RheoSAXS.
